  • An applicant for registration or renewal must have a valid license from one of UAE's municipalities or economic departments.
  • The national capital share of a company must not be less than (51%) (Except for engineering consultancy offices).
  • GCC Citizens are treated as UAE citizens, provided that ownership percentage is (100%).
  • An applicant should not be an employee in the local authority to be contracted with.
  • Previous experience with DPW's scope of work is mandatory.
  • Registration required is to be consistent with DPW's scope of work.
  • Copies of documents attached are be clear and readable (Original Certified Copies) if required.
  • Company registration shall be canceled in case of failure to renew registration certificate after six month of registration or renewal date.
  • An applicant should have not been given a disciplinary penalty form DPW or any other government authority.
  • DPW has the right to cancel the registration application in case of incorrect data is provided
  • Registration or renewal fees are paid within (10 working days) from the date of accepting the application, and in the event of non-payment during this period, the department has the right to reject the application.
