A service that enables companies to create an account with the Directorate of Public Works to practice the activity according to the permissible regulatory and legal forms, as well as applying for other various services available for companies at the Directorate. Service Description

Registration terms
Registration with Central Finance Department (CFD)
Copy of trade license
An applicant for registration or renewal must have a valid license from one of UAE's municipalities or economic departments.
The national capital share of a company must not be less than (51%) (Except for engineering consultancy offices).
GCC Citizens are treated as UAE citizens, provided that ownership percentage is (100%).
An applicant should not be an employee in the local authority to be contracted with.
Previous experience with DPW's scope of work is mandatory.
Registration required is to be consistent with DPW's scope of work.
Copies of documents attached are be clear and readable (Original Certified Copies) if required.
Company registration shall be canceled in case of failure to renew registration certificate after six month of registration or renewal date.
An applicant should have not been given a disciplinary penalty form DPW or any other government authority.
DPW has the right to cancel the registration application in case of incorrect data is provided
Registration or renewal fees are paid within (10 working days) from the date of accepting the application, and in the event of non-payment during this period, the department has the right to reject the application.
