  • Participation in the tenders for the projects of the Directorate is interdependent with the (company) registration service
  • Central Finance Department (CFD)
  • Apply through the Customer Happiness Center (attaching all papers documents of the service)
  • Request permission for payment from the competent department (building contracts department) for the purchase of the project tender
  • Pay the tender fees through Customer Happiness Center and take-over receipt
  • Deliver the receipt to the concerned department and receive a copy of the tender documents
  • If the value of the project up to 2000000 AED then the value fees (yearly) 500
  • If the value of the project up to 5000000 AED then the value fees (yearly) 1000
  • If the value of the project up to 10000000 AED then the value fees (yearly) 1500
  • If the value of the project up to 20000000 AED then the value fees (yearly) 2000
  • If the value of the project up to 40000000 AED then the value fees (yearly) 3000
  • If the value of the project up to 60000000 AED then the value fees (yearly) 5000
  • If the value of the project up to 80000000 AED then the value fees (yearly) 6000
  • If the value of the project is more than 80000000 AED then the value fees (yearly) 8000

  • Service is available through Customer Happiness Centers of the Directorate during official working hours. (Monday - Thursday, 7:30 - 3:30)
